An image of the area near the crater Reinhold to the southwest of Copernicus taken in April 1999. A 26 mm eyepiece was used in projection mode with a CCD module. Mild sharpening was applied to this image.
A version of the above image with landmarks and scale labeled. This image is a composite of three images captured during the same session in April 1999. The individual images were overlaid as tranparent images. This provided an averaging of the single images which helped to reduce video noise.
